To integrate Watchguard you will need to enable the API and then collect the six required values for integration: Access ID, Password, API Key, Account ID, API URL, Authentication API URL.

Enable the API

Login to Watchguard Cloud and select Administration > Managed Access. Click Enable API Access. Specify the read-write and read-only passwords to use as your API access credentials. Check the box to agree to the Terms of Service and click Save.

Gather Credentials

On the page Administration > Managed Access you will now see the following values that you will use to enable the Watchguard integration: Access ID (read-write) + password you created, Authentication API URL, API URL (base), and API Key. To retrieve the Account ID, navigate to Administration > My Account. In the top section, Details, the Account ID will appear (e.g. ACC-1234567).

Add the Integration

Login to Tier4 and navigate to Integrations > Watchguard and add the credentials gathered above. Click Continue to complete the integration connection.
