Gather API Token
- Log in to SolarWinds console, click Setup from the navigation menu on the left
- Select Users and Groups > Users
- Select the administrator user account
- Select Actions > Generate jSON Web Token
- Copy the token and save for later
- Note the URL of your SolarWinds instance
Add Integration
- Open Tier4 platform, and navigate to Ticket Management
- Choose SolarWinds integration by selecting Connect
- Add the following values you collected earlier:
- Server URL = SolarWinds Instance URL
- Token = json web token
- Click Continue.
