To integrate Mimecast you will need to enable the API and then collect the two required values for integration: Client ID and Client Secret.

Enable the API

Login to the Mimecast console and select Integrations > API and Platform Integrations on the left navigation bar. For the Mimecast API 2.0 select Generate Key. Accept the terms and conditions by selecting the checkbox at the bottom. Click Next. Give the application a name, set Category > Managed SOC Integration, set Products > Select All, set Application Role > Help Desk Administrator, and provide a description. Click Next. Now provide a name and email address for technical contact. Click Next. Click Add and Generate Keys.

Gather Credentials

After clicking Add and Generate Keys, copy the Client ID and Client Secret shown on the screen.

Add the Integration

Login to Tier4 and navigate to Integrations > Mimecast and add the credentials gathered above. Click Continue to complete the integration connection.
